My name is Paul Pattie, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Director of Food & Beverage at Whiskey Creek Country Club. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to join such a special community and be part of the team here.
I bring over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background ranging from high-volume fine dining to private club operations. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on building strong teams and creating exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
I just started at the Club on May 11, 2026, and I look forward to meeting many of you in the days ahead. Please don’t hesitate to stop by, introduce yourself, and say hello—I’d love to connect and hear what makes Whiskey Creek so meaningful to you.
