The Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) patrols our community for six hours daily that varies from 5am – 2am in the morning.
The MSTBU taxes we pay funds the cost of the patrols in our neighborhood, and I feel is a tremendous asset and selling point for Whiskey Creek.
Deputy Sean Gonzalez has been on this security detail for just a few months now and is taking traffic infractions very seriously.
On July 30th he issued 4 citations. On July 9th he issued 3 citations. On July 6th it was 5 citations, and on July 2nd 6 citations.
On July 21st Deputy David Gonzales issued one citation for speeding and one warning for no taillights.
Sgt. Jarrod Cantrell was dispatched to the adult condominiums for a suspicious person call. There was a vagrant who was sleeping in the courtyard.
On July 16th Deputy Noel De Leon assisted an elderly male with directions to the dentist office on Corporate Court, and while stationed at Whiskey Creek Dr and Sautern Dr., he issued 3 warnings at the 4-way stop.
Again, if you see something, say something and call the LCSO at 239-477-1000 for a non-emergency or 911 for an emergency.
If our officer is on duty, they will respond as well as an outside officer from LCSO.
