Hello Whiskey Creek!

I’m absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as the new Executive Chef of the newly remodeled Whiskey Creek Country Club. After more than 30 years in the culinary world—working in diverse kitchens, learning from extraordinary mentors, and exploring flavors from across the globe—I’m excited to bring all of that experience right here to this amazing community.

What drives me every single day is passion. Passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable moments around the table. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone take that first bite of a dish crafted with care and seeing their face light up. That’s why I do what I do.

With our beautifully reimagined clubhouse now open, I’m bringing fresh energy and bold creativity to the Whiskey Creek kitchen. My goal is to deliver dishes that feel comforting yet exciting—familiar favorites elevated with thoughtful ingredients, along with new creations that showcase vibrant flavors and beautiful presentation. I want every meal here to feel like something special.

But more than anything, I’m looking forward to getting to know our members and neighbors. This community has an incredible spirit, and I can’t wait to cook for you, chat with you, and create a dining experience that you’re proud to share with friends and family.

The new Whiskey Creek menu is just the beginning. We’ll be rolling out chef-inspired specials, themed dinners, and plenty of opportunities to gather, celebrate, and enjoy this stunning new space together.
